Chuck Craytor - Creating a Culture of Courage
About
I grew up in Eugene Oregon on a farm along the Willamette River, and my family’s ideals of teamwork and day-to-day success resulted in my career. I graduated from the University of Oregon and worked with several businesses in production, telecommunications, management, and consulting. My love of the outdoors and Oregon have kept me in the area.
In the last 15 years, I have focused my work on consulting and coaching organizations and individuals nation-wide seeking improvement and transformation. I am involved with several private and government organizations coaching leaders, facilitating workshops and facilitating communication and teamwork.
I use a strength based approach in my work that assists people in discovering who they are when they are at their best. Together we generate creative and effective tools that can be used right now to increase productivity, effectiveness and fulfillment.
The outcome of our work together: People report experiencing a deepened appreciation and vision of themselves, their organization, their community, and their family.
Personally, I continue to enjoy the outdoors, friendship and participation in local events . I am a regular contributor to interfaith activities, civic programs and continue to support farming by buying from local organic farmers.
